With over 20 years of experience in the accounting profession, Dave specialises in assurance services and leads the delivery of high-quality audits for a wide range of clients.

His work spans trading businesses, not-for-profit organisations, trust account compliance, government funding acquittals, and self-managed superannuation funds. Dave is known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality, taking a collaborative, team-based approach to every engagement.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys travelling with his family and staying active. He can often be found hiking, paddle boarding, or running through the beautiful landscapes of the Mornington Peninsula.

Jess expertly juggles the audit work schedule for that work/life balance & in her time away from the office, enjoys exploring the many wonderful things the Mornington Peninsula has to offer & spending time with loved ones.

Bryce is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with four years of experience as an auditor. He attended Frankston High School before completing a Bachelor of Accounting at La Trobe University. Bryce has worked across a variety of industries, helping clients with compliance, risk management, and financial reporting.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball, watching AFL footy, and spending time with friends.

Dylan joined SWON in April 2023 after moving to Melbourne in December 2022 from South Africa where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) as well as 3 years of external audit experience and training through SAICA.  Since starting at SWON, he has commenced his CPA program and enjoys the new challenges of the Australian Regulatory environment. 

 Away from the office he plays hockey at Mentone Hockey Club, enjoys heading to the beach & watching live sporting events.
